We definitely understand the gravity of this issue and we take these concerns very seriously. How was someone able to charge my cc three times using Endicia? The funny part about this is, I don't even use this cc online. This is the company you work for! I honestly don't know if her findings are 100% accurate and would like a follow-up detailing how this occurred. I'm saying that my account has been compromised AND people are using your company to make fraudulent transactions! She should have made an effort to report this to her supervisor. But this nonchalance from Endicia is unacceptable. The rep apologized and recommended I call my cc company to cancel the card and flag the charges as fraudulent. I called Endicia who stated they don't have a record of an account for me. ![]() I've never been there, know anyone there, bought anything from there, or returned any packages/letters there. She also stated the charges were to ******, *****. She stated there were three charges to my credit card amounting to $60.00 from Endicia in Feb 2023. I asked the cc representative to check my account history. I noticed the balance for March was higher than the balance for February and I haven't made any charges, as I'm trying to get the total balance down. I called my credit card company via phone to pay my bill.
